Safety

• The product is intended for indoor use only.

• Always plug the product directly into a wall socket.

Do not plug it into an extension lead or trailing socket.

• Never immerse the product in water or any other type

of liquid.

• Never let children play with the product.

• Never try to open the casing.

• Never expose the product to high temperatures,

dust, heavy vibration, impacts, damp environments

or moisture.

• The product must not be connected to heaters of

any kind.

• Make sure that the plug on the device connected to

the timer is properly plugged into the timer socket.

• Maximum power of the device connected to the timer:

3680W, 16 A

• Do not connect the timer to other timer-controlled

devices.

• Make sure that the wall socket is easily accessible so

that the product and any devices connected to it can

be unplugged from the mains quickly if required.

• Do not connect products of this type to one another.

• Do not cover the product.

Care and maintenance

• Unplug the timer from the wall socket before

vacuuming it or wiping it clean with a dry cloth.

• Always unplug the timer and store it in a dry, dust-free

environment out of children’s reach if you are not

going to use it for a long period.

The connected device does not switch on.

• Is the device intact and properly connected to

the timer? Make sure that the device works by

connecting it to another wall socket without the timer.

• Is the device switched on?

• Is there power at the wall socket that the timer is

connected to?

• Check the time setting on the timer.

• A power cut could have changed the time setting.

The time setting needs to be reset after a power cut

if the timer is to switch the device on/off at

the correct times.

Instructions for use

1. Make sure that all of the timer segments are raised.

2. To set the time, turn the outer

dial with the time segments

clockwise until the arrow

points to the current time.

The figure shows 15:30 as

the current time.

3. Press down the segments

for the period when you

want the connected device

to be switched on. The

figure shows that the device

will be switched on from

09.00 to 14:00. You can set

more than one time interval

within a 24-hour period.

4. Select timer mode by pushing the selector switch

downwards.

5. Push the selector switch upwards if you want the

timer socket to be switched on all the time.
