Correct Disposal of this product

This marking indicates that this product should not be disposed with other

household wastes throughout the EU. To prevent possible harm to the

environment or human health from uncontrolled waste disposal, recycle it

responsibly to promote the sustainable reuse of material resources.

Cleaning and maintenance

1. To clean the control box and heater, use a damp dishcloth that has been dipped in water

and mild dish soap.

2. Completely wipe down all parts of the control box.

3. Rinse and wipe off all residual dish soap. Do not reassemble the deep fryer until all parts

are thoroughly dry.

4. Clean the deep fryer on both the inside and outside regularly.

5. Cleanthelid,cover,oilltermesh,basket,bowl,mainbodywithhotwater,alittle 

dishwashing liquid and a sponge or put this part into the dishwashing to clean.

6. When replacing the oil, you can also clean the inside of the deep fryer. Empty the deep

 fryerandrstcleantheinsidewithapapertowelandthenwithaclothdippedinsoapy

water. Then wipe with a damp cloth and allow drying thoroughly.

7. All components, except for the electrical parts, may be cleaned in warm soapy water. Dry

thoroughly before use. Dishwasher cleaning is not recommended.

Storing the oil

• Between fryers, the sealed lid of your fryer allows you to store the oil inside the appliance. The

fryer must be stored at room temperature.

Cord storage

• Wrap cord loosely and place into cord storage area for storing. Wrapping the cord tightly could

result in damage to your unit.

Storing your appliance

1. Do not store appliance that still contains oil in the oil tank or that has not been cleaned and

dried thoroughly.

2. For best results in storing your appliance, fold fry basket handles back into basket also, you

will want to wrap the electric cord loosely and place into the cord storage department in the

control box before placing the control box on the stainless-steel base and oil tank.

3. Store in a dry area. Unit can be stored in its box.

4. Do not place heavy items on top of the deep fryer or the box as this could result in damage

to your appliance.
