Safety Rules

1. Charge the earbuds and the charging case at least

once every 6 months.

2. Do not store the product in extreme temperature

(below 0°C or above 45°C)

3. Do not use chemicals or detergents to clean the

product.

4. Do not drop or knock the product on hard surfaces.

5. Do not scrape the surface of product with sharp

objects.

6. Do not try to take the product apart.

Power ON/OFF

Power ON

1. Once the earbuds is/are taking out of the charging case.

It will be powered on automatically.

2. Long press left or/and right earbuds for 3 seconds, the

earbuds will power on.

Power OFF

1. Put the earbuds into the charging case, the earbuds will

power off automatically.

2. Long press left or/and right earbuds for 5 seconds, the

earbuds will power off.

Remark: The earbuds will be powered off automatically if

it’s out of Bluetooth’s cover distance, over 5 minutes.

Factory reset

During pairing mode, press either the left or right earbuds

six consecutive times. After three blue flashes confirm a

successful factory reset, the earbuds will automatically

power off. (This erases all stored TWS pairing records and

mobile device connections.)

Charging

1. Fully charge both the earbuds and the charging case

before use.

2. To prevent damage, use the provided USB-C cable.

3. Charging takes around 1.5 hours.

Pairing

1. Take out any one of the earbuds from charging case.

It will be on “dong” with red & blue light flashing.

2. Turn on Bluetooth on your device.

3. Search and select “

SENZ TWS”

4. When connected, the earbuds indicators light off.
