1 Safety Information!
•
Only use this unit according to the intended purpose and as directed in the instruction
manual.
The device is not intended for commercial use.
• Before connecting the device to your power supply, please ensure that the supply voltage stated on
the rating plate is compatible with your mains supply.
•
Do not use any auxiliary parts that have not been recommended by the maker.
• The warranty is null and void if it is not used for the intended purpose.
•
This device is not designed to be used by persons (including children) with limited physical, sensory
or mental abilities, or by persons with insufficient experience and/or knowledge, unless under
observation by a person responsible for their safety, or unless they have been instructed in the use
of the device.
•
Children must be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the device.
• When using the appliance on the skin, it might become very hot. To prevent burns to the skin, check
the temperature of the attachment regularly. This applies particularly to persons who are insensitive
to heat.
• Do not attempt to repair the unit yourself in the event of any defects. Not only does this render the
warranty null and void but you can also run the risk of serious hazards (fire, electric shock, injury). Only
have repairs carried out by authorised service points.
Please note the following in particular concerning electrical equipment:
• Only use the unit in enclosed spaces!
•
Do not reach for the unit if it has fallen into water. Disconnect the mains adapter from the mains socket
immediately.
• Do not use any electrical equipment while in the bath or shower. Do not store or keep any electrical
equipment in places where it could fall into the bathtub or washbasin.
• Keep the mains cable away from hot surfaces and naked flames.
• Never use the unit if the power cable has been damaged, the mains adapter is defective, if the unit
does not work perfectly, if it has fallen into water or has been damaged.
• Never carry, pull or rotate the unit by the mains cable and never pinch the cable between other objects.
• Uninterrupted treatment should not last longer than 15 minutes. Then switch off the unit for at least
half an hour and allow it to cool down.
• Only pull the plug out of the socket when you have dry hands, when the unit has been switched off
and is not being used any longer, and also do this when you have to replace or clean the heads.
Important recommendations concerning your health:

Consult your doctor first before using this unit if you have diabetes or other related illnesses.
• Pregnant women should note the important precautionary measures and the amount of stress they can
take, consult your doctor first if necessary.
• Do not treat any parts of the body that have swellings, burns, inflammation, peeling skin, wounds or
other sensitive points.
• The treatment should be pleasant. Stop at once and consult your doctor if you feel pain or the treat-
ment seems unpleasant.
• For hygiene reasons, the attachments should only be used by one person.
