3. Safety notes

Warning

Place the cable of the laptop lock so that it does not cause a

tripping hazardorblock emergency exits!

•Donot modify the product in any way. Doing so voids the

warranty.

4. Setting the combination number

Note

The combination is factory-set to ‘0000’.

•With avalid combination selected (factory-set „0000” or

personally stored code), push the reset button down with a

screwdriver and turn it 90° to theright.

•Set your new personalcombination using the number wheels.

•Now turn the reset button 90° to the left to returnittoits

starting position.

•Weexpressly recommend writing the new combination

down and storingitinasafeplace.

•Weaccept no liability for any damages resulting from lost

or forgottencombinations.

5. Connecting andlocking the laptoplock

•Attach the cable to a xed object, e.g. foot of atable,

cupboard.

•Push the unlockingbutton on the lockdown and hold the

button in this position.

•Insert the lock into thelocking slot of the devicetobe

secured.

•Let go of the unlocking button.

•Now adjust the number combination.

6. Opening the laptop lock

•Enter the correct combination number.

•Push the unlockingbutton on the lockdown and hold the

button in this position.

•Pullthe lock out of thelocking slot.
