Safety

Warning

• For your safety and thesafety of others, please follow

these safety instructions. Readall theinstructions

carefully before using theproduct.

• Thedisco ball should be suspended from aceiling

anchor capable of supporting aload of at least 5kg.

Thedisco ball could cause serious personal injury or

property damage if it fallsdown.

• Thespotlight will become very hot duringuse.

Nevertouch it when it is switched on or before it has

cooled after being switchedoff. Thespotlight should be

installed on aceiling orwall.

• Never use theproduct where flammable liquids/

materials or gases (petrol, solvents, gas cylinders) are

stored orused.

• Never leave children, animals, infirm or immobile

persons alone with theproduct.

• Never try to modify theproduct in anyway.

• Sufferers of epilepsy should not use this product.

Thelight and reflections from thedisco ball could cause

anepileptic seizure.

• Never use thespotlight if thetransformer, lead or any

other part is damaged or does not work properly.

Neverattempt to repair thespotlight yourself.

Important

• Thedisco ball is covered in mirrors which might have

sharpedges. Handle it carefully to avoid beingcut.

• Theproduct should only be used as described in this

manual.

Installing thediscoball

This product is intended for indoor useonly.

Class II transformer. Double-insulated.

Class III spotlight.

1. Discoball

6. Return thespotlight to thebracket and tighten

thescrews.

7. Plug theconnector plug (L) into thesocket on theend

of therear section.

8. Select one of thefive lenses (3) and insert it into thelens

slot (F) on thespotlight.

Instructions foruse

1. Set thepower switch (D) on themotor to [ ON ] to start

thedisco ball rotating.

2. Plug thetransformer (M) into anoutlet socket to switch

thespotlighton.

3. Unplug thetransformer from theoutlet socket to switch

thespotlightoff.

4. Set thepower switch to [ OFF ] to stop thedisco ball

rotating.

Care and maintenance

• Always let thelight fitting cool down before changing

thelight bulb or cleaningit.

• Clean theproduct using adampcloth. Useonly mild

cleaning agents, never solvents or corrosive chemicals.

1. Prepare asuitable anchor point

for suspending thedisco ball

such as astrong ceilinghook.

2. Insert thebattery into themotor (2).

3. Hook themotor

hanging loop (A) onto

theceilinghook.

4. Hook thehanging eye

of thedisco ball onto

thehook on thebottom

of themotor (E).

Installing thespotlight

1. Undo thelocking screws (I) on thespotlight (4) and

remove therear section (J) from thespotlight housing (G).

2. Carefully plug alight bulb (GU4, 12V, max 10W) into

thesocket in therear section.

3. Refit therear section onto thespotlight housing and

tighten thelocking screws.

4. Remove thescrews (H) attaching thespotlight to

thewall/ceiling bracket (K).

5. Screw thebracket to thewall/ceiling using suitable

screws and wall plugs for thewall material.

theentire EU. Inorder to prevent any

harm to theenvironment or health

hazards caused by incorrect waste

disposal, theproduct must be handed

in for recycling so that thematerial

can be disposed of in aresponsible

manner. Whenrecycling theproduct,

take it to your local collection facility or

contact theplace of purchase. Theywill

ensure that theproduct is disposed of in

anenvironmentally soundmanner.
