Problem Possible cause Solution

The appliance does not

produce any steam.

1.The steamer has not heated up

sufciently.

2. You have not pressed the steam

trigger fully.

3. The water level in the water tank

is too low.

4. The water tank is not in place.

5. You are holding the steamer up-

side-down, which makes it impos-

sible for the steamer to suck up the

water from the tank.

6. You are holding the steamer

in horizontal position to steam a

garmentonaatsurface.

1. Let the steamer heat up for

approx.45seconds.Whenthe

light goes out the steamer is ready

for use.

2. Press the steam trigger fully.

3.Unplugthesteamerandrellthe

water tank.

4. Insert the water tank properly.

5. Hold the steamer in an upright

position.

6. The steamer is designed to be

used in an upright on hanging

garments. Do not use the steamer

in horizontal position.

Water droplets drip from the stea-

mer head.

1. The water tank is not in place.

2. The steamer has not heated up

The steamer produces a

pumping sound/the handle

vibrates.

Water is pumped to the steamer

This is normal.

There is a connection problem. Check if the mains plug is inserted

properly in the wall socket and if

the wall socket is working properly.
