We re plesed to sy tht the return rte on BODUM® product is very low; however, should

you need to process  returned BODUM® product under wrrnty, plese follow the simple

procedure below. We hve tried to mke it s simple s possible for both yourself nd the

end consumer.

BODUM AUSTRALIA WARRANTY PROCEDURE

Our goods come with gurntees tht cnnot be excluded under the Austrlin Consumer

Lw. Consumers re entitled to  replcement or refund for  mjor filure nd for

compenstion for ny other resonbly foreseeble loss or dmge. Consumers re lso

entitled to hve the goods repired or replced if the goods fil to be of cceptble qulity

nd the filure does not mount to  mjor filure.

The beneits to BODUM® customers given by the wrrnty set out below re in ddition

to other rights nd remedies under  lw in reltion to the BODUM® product to which the

wrrnty reltes.

To process  fulty BODUM® product you will require  Return Authoristion (RA)

number. Returned items without  RA number re not ble to be processed for credit or

replcement. Contct BODUM® on (02) 9692 0582 for  RA number.

Fulty product does not include items which hve incurred wer nd ter through

generl home use, misuse or commercil use. Wrrnty does not include ccidentl glss

brekges.

Wrrnty period:

• e-BODUM®: 2 yer replcement wrrnty from the dte of purchse for electricl

pplinces where  defect ppers nd BODUM® is notiied within 2 yers from dte of

purchse.

Proof of purchse: ny clim from the end consumer must be vlidted with  copy of

proof of purchse; without providing  proof of purchse BODUM® Austrli will not be

ble to process the clim. Proof of purchse includes originl purchse receipt/docket or

credit crd sttement showing the purchse mount.

Replcement or credit: once clim is vlidted, if possible plese replce the fulty item

from stock on hnd. If  customer requires  replcement for n item which you don’t hve

on hnd, plese hve the item dded to your next order.

Return or work order: to ensure tht the return process is s esy s possible for both you

nd the end consumer, we don’t do work orders or product repirs.

Once you hve received  RA number nd sighted the product plese sfely dispose of

the fulty item. We don’t require the fulty product to be sent bck to us. However, if you

come cross n unusul fult which you think we need to be wre of plese send it bck

to BODUM® Austrli Hed Oice.
